We build AI into the software your company already runs.

Three things: AI connectors and features for the systems you already have, new web applications, and rebuilding legacy software on a modern stack. Built in your codebase, on your infrastructure.

30 minutes on the calendar. We'll tell you if it's a fit and what it would take.

01 / CONNECTORS

Custom AI connectors and features

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your database, documents, and ticketing system so your team can ask questions and get answers with sources. Or put an assistant inside your own product. Read-only by default, and every query is logged.

02 / WEB

Custom web applications

Internal tools and customer-facing apps, built from your spec in the stack your team already knows: React or Next.js up front, .NET, Node, or Python behind it. Tested, documented, and handed over as code your team owns.

03 / MODERNIZATION

Legacy modernization

Old desktop and web apps rebuilt on a modern stack one screen at a time, so nothing stops working during the move. If the original developers are gone and there's no documentation, we start by recovering how it works. Every rebuilt screen is checked against your real data before it goes live.

How an engagement runs

  1. A 30-minute call

You tell us what you're trying to build or fix and what it runs on. We tell you if it's a fit and what it would roughly take.

  2. A fixed-price proposal

Within a few days: scope, price, and a delivery date in writing. No hourly meter unless you prefer one.

  3. Build in your codebase, demo every week

Work happens in your repo and your accounts. You see working software weekly, not a slide deck at the end.

  4. Handover and a month of support

Tests, documentation, and a walkthrough for your team. We stay on for 30 days after launch for anything that comes up.

The terms, up front

  • You own the code and everything we produce.
  • NDA signed before we look at anything.
  • Your data stays in your systems and never trains a model.
  • The engineer you talk to is the one who does the work. No handoff to a junior team.
  • Pay by milestone, with the last payment after it's live.
Most projects start between $5k and $15k.

A connector or a single AI feature usually lands there. A new application or a full legacy rebuild is scoped separately and typically runs $20k and up. Either way you get the exact number before anything starts.

Not ready for a project? Start small.
  • FREEIntro call. 30 minutes. We tell you if it's a fit and what it would take.
  • $500AI audit. Half a day in your codebase. A one-page plan: what's worth building, in what order, with a price on each.
  • $1,500Prototype week. One connector or one AI feature, working against your real data in a sandbox, with a short video. Yours to keep whether or not you continue.
How long does it take?

A connector or feature: two to four weeks. A new app or a rebuild: six to twelve weeks, delivered screen by screen so you're never waiting on a big bang.

What do you need from us?

Access to the repo and a test environment, one person who can answer questions about the system, and an hour a week for the demo.

Which AI models do you use?

The one that fits the job and your data rules. We work with the major commercial models through their APIs, and we tell you which one we would use and why before anything starts.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support are included. After that, a monthly retainer if you want us on call, or nothing. The code is yours and documented either way.

A few things we build.

Not on the list? Ask. If it's a bad idea, we'll tell you on the first call.

  • A Claude connector over your database, docs, and ticketing system, with every answer cited
  • An assistant inside your product that answers from each customer's own data
  • Agents that triage support tickets, draft the reply, and file the bug
  • Workflows that move records between systems you can't replace yet
  • An internal tool to replace the spreadsheet your team runs on
  • A legacy desktop or web app, Delphi to classic ASP, moved to a modern stack screen by screen
  • Recovering and documenting a system nobody on the team understands anymore
  • Test harnesses that catch the AI being wrong before your customers do
OUR PASSION PROJECT

AG-Llama

A project management tool that AI coding agents can use directly. Connect Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor and the agent picks up the next issue, updates it as it works, and reports back on the same board your team reads. Shared skills and prompts keep every agent working the same way. We built it because an agent shouldn't need a browser to know what to work on next.
